Production Coordinator New York, NY | Full-Time | In-Office, 5 Days/WeekMONSE is looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to join our growing team in New York. The primary objective of this role is to keep production flowing and ensure orders arrive on time. You’ll own day-to-day production tracking and WIP, work closely with domestic and international factories and suppliers, and proactively identify and escalate anything putting production timelines at risk. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities: Own and maintain daily production WIP and Time & Action calendars across Excel and GCSTrack orders from PO issuance through factory production, shipping, and warehouse delivery Proactively identify delays and bottlenecks and drive follow-up with the appropriate teams Communicate directly with domestic and international factories, fabric mills, and trim suppliers Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Technical Design, Finance/Operations, and warehouse teams Issue and manage POs for factories, trims, and raw materials within approved budgets Maintain accurate costing, BOM, PO, and shipping information in GCSManage trim purchasing and track materials against production needs Track development and production samples and maintain organized sample records Coordinate and track inbound and outbound production shipments Prepare weekly production reports and provide clear visibility into production status, risks, and upcoming deliveries Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in apparel production, product development, or a related role Experience working directly with factories and vendors; luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred Strong Excel skills and experience with production/WIP tracking; GCS or similar ERP experience is a plus Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines simultaneously Strong communicator who knows how to get clear, timely answers from vendors Proactive and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment where responsibilities can be broad Based in New York and able to work in-office five days per week About MONSEMONSE is a New York-based luxury fashion brand founded by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, known for deconstructed tailoring and a modern approach to American luxury.
