About the role
Financial AnalystAs part of the Financial Analyst pool, you will be responsible for:Completing assignments in areas such as: commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, large capital projects and international development supportContributing significantly to business outcomes through delivery of your assignment projectsInteracting with peers and business leaders to gain exposure and obtain support for assignmentsSolving critical business challenges through participation in cross-functional, mission-based teamParticipating in career development activities and receiving active coaching and mentoringMain Responsibilities:Finance lead on Datacenter projects from Development through Construction completionSupport the development of new project financial modelsAnalyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure in market consistency during the budgeting and general contractor selection processUse an FP&A tool to find cost trends, anomalies, and report on them using Power BIProject change management championProject debt management including compliance, drawdowns, and cash forecastingClear and concise project related forecasting and reportingBuild engaging relationships with all organizational stakeholders specifically the Design and Delivery project and team leads to develop a mutual trustDevelop and continuously improve processes to help the business scaleAd hoc analysis to support miscellaneous projects as they ariseOther Responsibilities:Other duties as assignedQualifications:Job Experience: 2 years or more of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial ConsultantEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field requiredLanguage: Fluent Spoken and Written skills in EnglishKnowledge & Skills:A highly motivated, results-driven professional who can simultaneously manage multiple projectsA team player who has the interpersonal skills and personality to influence other team members of the teamGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practicesAnalytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent report writing, communication and IT skillsDisclaimer: Compass is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
