Our client a family office is seeking an Estate Manager. You will be overseeing a collection of luxurious properties across Florida, New York, and Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, detail-driven professional to manage exceptional estates, lead top-tier staff, coordinate high-end projects, and ensure everything operates flawlessly—delivering world-class service with discretion and excellence.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and security of multiple luxury residences and assets—including homes, vehicles, vessels, and aircraft—ensuring all systems function flawlessly and meet the highest standards of excellence Recruit, train, and supervise estate staff to ensure top-tier service, discretion, and performance across all properties. Create and manage property-specific budgets; monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting Source, coordinate, and manage top-tier vendors for maintenance, landscaping, security, and special projects—ensuring exceptional service and competitive pricing. Oversee renovation and capital improvement projects, managing budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, quality control, and clear communication with the principal and family office. Support additional projects and structures as needed, including a world-class golf club, private squash facility, and other high-end buildings under the family's portfolio. Assist with planning and executing private events and family gatherings at the estates.
Qualifications: Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing multiple high-value properties for UHNW families or in private service. Proven leadership in hiring, training, and managing household and estate staff across multiple locations. Strong background in vendor management, budgeting, and overseeing large-scale renovation or construction projects. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and pivot quickly in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times. Comfortable liaising with principals, family office teams, architects, designers, and service providers. Ability to travel between properties and be available outside traditional business hours as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in property, hospitality, or estate management a plus
