Infuse your coworkers with excitement and enthusiasm Job Responsibilities Partner with brand, marketing and business leaders, translating questions, hypotheses and knowledge gaps into timely and impactful research plans Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives, GTM options. platforms and programs based on business goals, competitive analysis/benchmarking and emerging trends. Plan, implement and monitor A/B testing, and multivariate tests to optimize for traffic, conversions and other performance marketing metrics. Partner with a variety of stakeholders across product, customer insights, marketing legal and design to drive business outcomes. Support senior product managers in product launch activities (from concept to product delivery)Project-manage a range of initiatives end-to-end Work cross-functionally with business, UX, engineering and product support teams to ensure smooth product launch Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities. Work with the product team to prepare executive presentations
