Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions about products and services. Provide friendly and professional support. Address customer concerns and direct complex requests to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Support customer engagement and service activities. Collaborate with team members to address customer needs. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Positive and customer-focused attitude. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
