About the role
Managing a portfolio of transportation clients, the full-time Insurance Account Manager will provide exceptional client service, analyze coverage needs, and support Producer and Client Account Executives in managing complex accounts while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Conduct client analysis of coverage and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
Handle transactional tasks such as certificate issuance and invoicing, alongside complex analytical work
Support team members in managing larger accounts and ensure timely completion of critical activities
Required qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience
Appropriate insurance license
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or related training
Strong client relation skills with a service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
