About the role
To enhance client engagement and software adoption, the full-time Sales and Operations Consultant will manage client implementations, analyze business practices, and build long-term relationships while working closely with clients both remotely and onsite.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate client implementations, driving software adoption and best practices
Analyze client business practices to guide necessary process transitions aligned with industry standards
Lead hand-off calls with Sales and host weekly client deployment meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables
Required qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in customer service, client enablement, sales, operations, or a related field
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and independently drive solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse groups
Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and minimal need for supervision
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly master new software platforms
