About the role

We are a private practice that treats only vein disease, led by a board-certified vascular surgeon. You'll be based in our brand-new Hermitage office with coverage days at our Nashville location, scanning the same patients from diagnosis through treatment and working directly with the surgeon and our nurse practitioner. You will never take hospital call again. Schedule Monday–Thursday full days, Friday until noon No call, no weekends, no holidays, no hospital rotations
What you'll do: Lower-extremity venous reflux and DVT duplex studies (upper extremity occasionally)Pre- and post-procedure mapping and follow-up scans Room patients, prep the leg, and assist the surgeon during RFA, Varithena, phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. The surgeon runs his own ultrasound guidance; your role in the procedure room is patient care and setup, not the probe. Document in eClinical Works and communicate findings directly to the provider Maintain equipment and image-quality standards Build real relationships with patients you'll see across multiple visits Who we're looking forRVT or RVS credential required; RDMS with vascular experience or RVT-eligible (registry within 12 months) considered Venous insufficiency or vein-clinic experience is a strong plus. If your background is general vascular or hospital-based, we'll train you on the venous specifics.
