Position Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, this role combines strategic support with high-level external representation — not a traditional administrative position.ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities; coordinate senior leadership meetings and board-related mattersHost and manage visits from investors, board members, and key business partners — overseeing meeting logistics, transportation, hospitality, and overall guest experienceAssist in preparing investor/board materials, organize key information, and track follow-ups on critical action itemsServe as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams/external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and discreet communicationCoordinate high-profile business travel, executive-level events, and cross-functional projectsHandle confidential documents and sensitive information with strong judgment and professionalismRequirementsBachelor's degree or above; 3+ years supporting a founder/C-level executive or working within a VC/PE environmentPolished presence and communication skills; comfortable operating in investor, board, and other high-stakes business settingsStrong sense of responsibility, discretion, and composure under pressureFluent in English (Mandarin a plus); clear and professional written communicationProficient with scheduling and collaboration tools; solid business acumen (familiarity with basic finance/fundraising terminology is a plus)High EQ and sharp judgment — able to anticipate needs proactively rather than simply executing instructionsNice to HavePrior experience in a biotech/life sciences company (familiarity with R&D timelines, clinical trial milestones, or scientific advisory board coordination is a strong plus)International living/working experience, comfortable in cross-border business contexts
