Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Position open due to growth of the organization Monday through FridayNo weekends No Call Majority of their procedures are done at their two ASCs both have MISLarger procedures (surgical etc) are done in hospital if an overnight stay is required Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance500k+ Base salary and production Tiered bonus structure base on collections History of first year earnings over 1 million Partnership potential after 2 years Option to buy into the ASCThey are majority owners and management of both ASCsBenefits include health, vision, dental, malpractice, 401k w/matching, PTO, paid holidays, CME time, travel stipend monthly
