About the role
My client is a South Florida-based investment, acquisition, development, and management provider for multifamily and mixed-use real estate. They are looking to hire their first Capital Raising lead as the office grows in South Florida.
Core Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Lead Generation: Proactively source and pitch investment opportunities to Limited Partners (LPs), family offices, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).Material Creation: Design and manage fund presentations, pitchbooks, and private placement memoranda (PPM) to clearly outline risk-return profiles. Due Diligence Management: Coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, providing regular performance updates and reporting. Pipeline Management: Track investor outreach, meetings, and commitments using CRM platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2 to 10+ years in investment banking, investor relations, or real estate private equity. An existing, active Rolodex of HNW individuals, institutional investors, or wealth managers is highly valued. Strong capability in analyzing investment returns (IRR, Equity Multiples) and understanding market trends. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex real estate data into clear, compelling narratives.
