Job Title: Plastic Welder / Fabricator City and State: Crystal Lake, IL Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule/Shift: 6:00AM-3:30PM- 1st shift with OT Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire Summary: Seeking motivated Plastic Welders to join a growing team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are interested in learning the fundamentals of plastic fabrication through hands-on training.
Responsibilities:
Cut, shape, and assemble plastic components according to specifications Operate machinery used for plastic fabrication processes Read and follow work instructions and basic drawings Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment Attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus
