About the role
Supply Chain Analyst Full time position w/ Sweet Apparel Inc in New York, NY 10018.
Duties:
Liaising with the Design and Sales teams to set production plans per season Executing the supply chain process Generating and transmitting purchase orders Communicating with vendors and manufacturing, quality, and inspection reports of the orders Measuring and coordinating purchasing costs, deliveries, and quality of all orders Coordinating all aspects of production process to calculate cost per product Proposing production alternatives to improve efficiency Maintaining reports of all orders placed per season in order to track inventory Identifying supply chain issues Ensuring availability of resources and materials for production and manufacturing Developing warehouse capacity plans and controlling stock orders Managing workflow between cross functional teams {design, sales, and shipping} from manufacturing to delivery of goods
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Logistics Management, or Operations Management and 24 months experience as a Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, or Operations Analyst. Must have experience in merchandising, production planning, and allocation, and GAP analysis Must also have knowledge of the following softwares: A2000, RLM, DSCO, and Oracle, Microsoft Excel
Starting Salary: 65k - 70k
