Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
⨠What Youâll Do:
đ Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operationsđ Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time deliveryđĽ Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teamsâď¸ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvementđ Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costsđ¤ Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challengesâ
Weâre Looking For:⢠5â8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience⢠Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing⢠High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred⢠Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise⢠Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred⢠English/Spanish bilingual skills requiredđ¨ RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
