About the role

Job TitleIn the context of our marketing servicing missions, you will assist project managers in the monitoring and exploitation of on-field LED systems on behalf of various clients (Federations, Leagues, Clubs) to ensure the visibility of these clients' partners: Preparation of mission documents for each competition day, for site coordinators Keneo. Daily follow-up and analysis of match reports: with site coordinators Keneo. Regular exchanges (email and phone) with more than 30 professional league clubs. Management of LED animations for different clients, via an internal database. Management of stocks and replenishment with providers. Occasional operational support on events and miscellaneous assistance according to complementary events and the evolution of the sports season. QualificationBAC +4/5 university/grande école education, or equivalent. Interested in the current issues of sport in all its dimensions. Permanent desire to learn, understand and anticipate the evolutions of activities linked to sport. Rigorous, very good organizational skills, autonomous and an aptitude for teamwork. Previous significant experience in the sports environment or in an agency is appreciated. Very good mastery of the following office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Paris-based internship for a duration of 6 months full-time starting from early January 2022. Remote work possible. No alternation or alternate internship.
