About the role
- Welcome patients and manage the in-clinic patient experience
- Coordinate Spravato treatment appointments and ongoing scheduling
- Help onboard new patients and guide them through the treatment process
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and treatment logistics
- Work closely with our psychiatrists, NPs/PAs, and administrative team
- Coordinate with specialty pharmacies and outside partners when needed
- Assist with medication delivery, organization, and inventory tracking
- Support insurance and prior-authorization coordination with our administrative teams
- Respond to patient calls and messages
- Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information
- Help keep the treatment center organized, comfortable, and patient-friendly
- Support day-to-day clinic operations as the White Plains center grows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Warm and professional with patients
- Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy outpatient environment
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic health records
- Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other clinical providers
