Proficiency with project management/workflow tools required; Airtable highly preferred, with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar also acceptable. Familiarity with LATAM and/or APAC markets and working across regions and time zones preferred. Bilingual or multilingual a plus (English + Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean) Seeking a Paid Media Project Management Specialist for the following role -Responsibilities Support of LATAM & APAC growth markets with day-to-day operations and project workflows, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and providing support across the team as needs arise. Partner with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, manage, and communicate project timelines, ensuring key deliverables and workstreams remain on track. Build, standardize, and improve scalable team processes and workflows that drive greater efficiency and consistency across channels and regions and support long-term ways of working. Develop and maintain QA processes to support paid media campaign readiness, accuracy, and consistent execution. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and build more sustainable and efficient ways of working. Create and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, and onboarding resources that preserve institutional knowledge and enable processes to be easily adopted and maintained by the broader team. Maintain project management tools, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure timelines, ownership, and status remain organized and up to date. Support cross-regional coordination and operational coverage, helping connect workstreams and ways of working across LATAM and APAC.Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and blockers, partnering with the appropriate team members to develop and implement solutions. Provide flexible project and operational support across the Paid Media team as priorities and business needs evolve.
Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field. Hands-on Paid Media experience required, with Paid Social strongly preferred; knowledge of campaign workflows, creative formats, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to build and improve operational processes, QA workflows, and documentation. Familiarity with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Proficiency with project management/workflow tools required; Airtable highly preferred, with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar also acceptable. Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Innovative, growth-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with LATAM and/or APAC markets and working across regions and time zones preferred. Ability to work primarily on Eastern Time (ET), with flexibility for occasional evening hours to collaborate with APAC teams.
