About the role
QuantumScape is pursuing a Power Electronics Lead to own the end-to-end power conversion architecture for solid-state battery systems, from AC mains to regulated rails and the bidirectional path for the pack. You will be the chief engineer for the power stage, driving topology decisions that cascade across all disciplines and optimizing efficiency and density for rack-scale deployment. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-moving environment.
