About the role

One of our healthcare clients is looking to hire a Credit Resolution Specialist for a full-time, onsite position in Tempe, AZ!
What You’ll Do: Manage and resolve outstanding customer and account balances Research account discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions Communicate professionally with customers regarding balances, payments, and account questions Follow up on aging accounts and outstanding items Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and resolution efforts Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account issues Meet established productivity and quality goals Provide professional, solutions-focused customer service throughout the resolution process
What We’re Looking For: Experience in collections, credit resolution, accounts receivable, billing, revenue cycle, or a related customer-facing financial role Healthcare experience - most recently Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling account and payment-related conversations Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to research issues and problem-solve independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong computer and data-entry skills
