About the role
HDR is seeking a senior electrical engineer to design and deliver battery energy storage systems (BESS) with a focus on grid-scale projects in the New England region. You will develop layouts, one-line diagrams, and construction documents, while coordinating with civil, structural, and fire/life safety teams.
With 10+ years in electrical design, you will mentor junior staff, review technical reports, support client interactions, and help advance HDR's energy storage and power generation
