Job Description: A leading packaging company in Bardstown, Kentucky, is hiring for their Quality Department. This role includes operating the Inspection machine, monitoring products, visually inspecting products, setting up, and loading/unloading equipment.
Responsibilities: Loading laminated web roll and thread into machine Monitoring and making adjustments Checking for defects, removing or placing tape on defects Clean and start Rewinder and Inspection Machines Completing production and shift reports Inputting parameters into control panels
Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or GED Associate or Technical Degree or certifications preferred Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a similar role is preferred Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience with the same employer is required Computer skills with basic data entry Able to stand on feet the entire shift Must be able to train on 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
