Support CoordinatorTalent Space, Inc. is seeking a Support Coordinator for a long-term contract in Nashua, NH! This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customer's experience with solutions, processes, and services.Specific duties include:Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.Enter, maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.Solves a broad range of service/support requests varying in scope and complexity.Skills:Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Experience with database tracking and management systems. Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills. Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes. Need to be able to document processes and work instructions. Ability to work with reports and perform data analysis. Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions. Based on customer requirements, candidate must be able to pass a background check. Must be a US Citizen.
