About the role
World Gym in California is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of the gym. This role is vital for providing top-notch customer service by greeting members with warmth, assisting them efficiently, and managing administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include touring prospective members, answering calls promptly, and ensuring adherence to gym policies. A high school diploma is preferred and current CPR & AED certification is required.
