About the role
Overview
In this role you will lead the USA Refreshment brand portfolio, shaping strategy, product development, and communications. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive commercial success and brand growth for Mentos, Trident, Dentyne and Bubblicious. You will set the strategic roadmap, manage budgets and lead a team of five marketers to deliver impactful campaigns. This is a high-visibility role within the North American Marketing Leadership Team, offering opportunities to influence brand architecture and go-to-market plans. You will collaborate with Global Marketing and external agencies to execute impactful, data-driven initiatives that support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities Own the full Refreshment brand P&L, including consumer support budget Lead new product launches and manage existing portfolio with internal and external partners Guide annual commercial planning and budgeting processes (LRP, Latest Estimates, Country Plan)Optimize brand positioning and communications with agency support and Global Group Marketing Partner on consumer research, media planning, shopper marketing, and e-comm to unlock insights Inspire and develop a team of 5 marketers for future opportunities within the company
Key requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (MBA preferred)7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG/FMCGStrong strategic thinking and brand positioning skills Proven ability to present to senior leadership Experience leading cross-functional projects with Sales and other teams Financial acumen in managing brand/category financial goals Experience coordinating brand communications and media planning with agencies Strategic thinking Cross-functional collaboration Clear written and oral communication Brand strategy and positioning Consumer research and insights Media planning and agency coordination
