Assistant ManagerThe Assistant Manager is a strong communicator and motivational agent whose main role is to assist the Store Manager in achieving the company goals. This person thrives working in fast-paced environments where creative problem-solving skills and priority focus are critical components to effective operations and successful execution of the role.The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store including supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers, and carrying out directives given by management.
