About the role

Inspect orthopedic implant components at receiving, in-process, and final stages using precision measurement tools and customer specifications. Document results, review device history records, identify and quarantine nonconforming materials, and support quality and compliance requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment. Inspect wax, ceramic, and metal parts using blueprints and precision measuring equipment. Perform receiving, in-process, final, packaging, and first-article inspections. Record inspection results and maintain accurate manufacturing and device history documentation. Review Device History Records and verify raw materials against specifications. Identify, report, and quarantine nonconforming or potentially nonconforming parts and materials. Inspect customer-returned parts and train inspection personnel.
