About the role

You will advise on regulatory matters, governance materials, onboarding clients, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Investments, and Operations. The ideal candidate has a J.D., active U.S. bar, 10+ years of legal experience in financial services, and proven success advising registered investment companies.
