Gale Hotel Miami seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead people strategies across two boutique hotels, plus a hotel/condominium property and corporate offices. You will shape organizational culture, recruit top hospitality talent, and drive succession planning while aligning HR with business goals. As a strategic partner to ownership and executives, you will establish scalable HR processes, manage labor planning and compliance, and build a high-performance, guest-service oriented workforce
