We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and equipment in advance of patient visits. Procedure Assistance: Support the dentist during examinations and treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Sterilization & Infection Control: Maintain rigorous sterilization protocols to ensure all tools and areas meet the highest standards of hygiene. Patient Support: Provide compassionate care by assisting patients with any concerns, educating them on proper oral hygiene, and ensuring their comfort.
Administrative Duties:
Help manage patient records, schedule appointments, and keep work areas organized to support efficient practice: Completion of a Dental Assisting program or equivalent training is beneficial but not required. Certification: X-Ray Licensed
Experience:
While previous dental assisting experience is a plus, we are open to training motivated individuals who are new to the field. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of dental software and instruments is beneficial.
