Excellent communication skills are essential. A knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills are a must. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Providing information to patients • Obtain patient signature on specified documents • Schedule follow-up appointments • Enter patient recall information • Verify phone number for referrals • Answer phones and schedule appointments • Confirm appointments for next business day • Clerical duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) (Required) • Minimum one year recent experience working in a medical facility as a patient services representative (PSR) or check-out person. (Preferred)

  • Work in team atmosphere Schedule: After introductory period schedule will be 9- 5:30 Monday & Friday; 10 - 6:30 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. You must be able to work this schedule.

All of our physicians see inpatients at Liberty hospital, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind for our patients and their families.
