Based in our client's local centers, this position offers 4 days in center and 1 day remote. The role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising staff, and leading program development.

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate clinical teams to ensure quality service delivery and staff development. Supervise behavior analysts and direct care staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. Oversee the design and implementation of ABA programs tailored to children with autism. Manage staff caseloads, clinical reports, and program quality metrics. Qualifications:
Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, or related field. BCBA certification required. At least two years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism. Minimum two years of supervisory experience in ABA program management.
