OverviewField Sales Representative - Water RestorationRoto-Rooter is currently seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. If you have previous experience in outside sales and aspire to succeed in a leading company, we encourage you to apply!This opportunity provides:Unlimited earnings with an average of $70,000-$90,000 per year PLUS mileage reimbursement!This position has a weekly base pay plus commission.All leads provided, no cold calls.Flexible work schedulesTop industry benefits.ResponsibilitiesWater Restoration Sales Responsibilities:The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.RequirementsWater Restoration Sales Requirements:A valid driver's license and acceptable background check per company standards.Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Plumbing experience is not necessary or required however, knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required.Organized self-starter with an outgoing personalityA Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be consideredMaintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.BenefitsAt Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
