About the role

We're working with a global alternative investment manager looking to add an experienced Investment Operations professional to support the launch and ongoing management of a new private markets investment vehicle. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend and offers the opportunity to be heavily involved in both the buildout and day-to-day operation of the fund.
Responsibilities: Supporting the operational setup and launch of the fund. NAV oversight and fund level performance monitoring. Cash management, liquidity and investment activity. Investor reporting and ad hoc analysis. Coordinating subscriptions, redemptions, and capital flows. Helping improve and automate existing processes and reporting.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience across fund operations, fund management, or a similar function within asset management/private markets. Strong excel skills required. Exposure to fund reporting and performance analytics preferred.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
