Job Description
Duties:
-Open/close store depending on scheduled shifts-Manage shift and people during your shift- Prepare and make a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes and guidelines- Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery- Ensure consistent quality and taste of ice cream products- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures during all stages of production- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils
Requirements:
-Must be 18 or older- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
