About the role

Generation Tux is seeking a Senior Style Consultant, In-Salon, to lead our presence at a Paramus, NJ wedding dress salon. You will guide clients through men’s formalwear styling for weddings and events, walk-ins or appointments, delivering exceptional service and connecting the in-store experience with Generation Tux’s digital tools. In this role you’ll educate customers on offerings, meet sales targets, mentor junior staff, and maintain a high-touch showroom environment.
