About the role
Job Description:
As a Trading Card Store Retail Associate, you will support customers with purchases, trade-ins, and consignments while helping maintain an engaging and knowledgeable store environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with card sales, product evaluations, inventory, and day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Process card purchases, trade-ins, and consignments. Support trading card sales and help customers select products. Maintain current product knowledge to answer customer questions. Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and tracking card products. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately. Appraise trading cards and support fair evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of trading cards. Experience in retail sales. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Inventory management experience. Cash-handling experience. Strong customer service and communication skills.
