About the role
Golf Course Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment utilized by the golf course maintenance department.
Duties:
Lubricates and services all course maintenance equipment Inspects equipment for operating deficiencies Repairs and adjusts equipment Maintains repair records on all equipment Trains maintenance staff in proper equipment maintenance methods Demonstrates use of new equipment Trains personnel in proper use of equipment Establishes and maintains safety procedures for using equipment Maintains safety records Trains operators in care of new equipment Performs general overhaul and other preventive maintenance on all equipment Small engine repairs, i.e. mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, backpack blowers Minor golf car repair Tire repair Ability to operate a Foley Spin Grinder Initiates and implements safety regulation and procedures Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: Minor engine repair skills Electrical troubleshooting Hydraulic troubleshooting
