About the role

Buncombe County Government is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to lead the administration of our employee benefits programs for about 1,800 employees and their dependents. The role focuses on health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives, coordinating with HR partners and vendors to ensure compliant, accurate administration and outstanding employee support. The position based in Asheville with potential hybrid scheduling after training.
