About the role
- Maintain investor records; prepare investor reports and correspondence
- Assist with distributions and investor inquiries
- Coordinate with accountants and attorneys on investor matters Accounts Receivable & Billing
- Invoice customers, track payments, follow up on past-due accounts
- Reconcile receivables and bank accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Set up and maintain new customer records Compliance
- Track and calendar compliance requirements for leases, communities, and the finance company
- Maintain documentation and follow up on open items Operations Support
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and financial calculations in Excel
- Prepare and organize leases, contracts, and related documents
- Communicate with homeowners association property managers
- Maintain project and portfolio tracking spreadsheets
- Provide general executive and administrative support to the owner
- Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online; strong Excel skills
- Strong written communication; comfortable working with investors and property managers
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in finance, leasing, real estate, or investor relations is a plus Compensation & Location
