Overview: We are seeking an organized, family-travel enthusiast to learn how to research, coordinate, and book magical family getaways and theme park vacations through our remote travel business platform.
Responsibilities: Research family resort packages, park reservations, dining passes, and customized itinerary timelines. Assist families with stress-free planning, multi-generational accommodation options, and budget tracking. Access major supplier portals and direct vendor reservation engines. Provide exceptional communication and customer support from initial inquiry to departure.
Requirements: Authorized to work in the US. Reliable computer/laptop with high-speed internet. Strong organizational and calendar-management abilities. Passion for family vacation planning; prior experience is welcome but not required.
