About the role
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Full-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations in the Plattsburgh, NY area. You will connect with members in their homes, review medical histories, perform physical evaluations, and provide requested diagnostic services as part of a national clinician network.
