About the role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Aba Behavior Technician Role Provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.
Location: Mesquite, Nevada · In person Clinic: Mesquite Clinic, 840 Pinnacle Ct, 4-A and 5-B, Mesquite, NV 89027
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time Training: No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly. Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs. Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass required background checks and clearances. Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client /First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.
