Deluca Media Group is growing our talent division and seeking a Senior Talent Agent to discover, sign, and scale top-tier digital talent. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in influencer management, talent representation, or PR agency environments who excels at building relationships and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. As a Senior Influencer Agent, you will act as a trusted advisor to creators while generating high-impact brand partnerships and commercial opportunities that elevate both talent careers and agency growth.

Some of talents include The Lipstick Lesbians, Kevin Kodra, Judy Lim, Oren John. What You’ll DoRepresent and manage the business interests of leading social media personalities across platforms Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships, sponsorships, and long-term commercial deals Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding influencers on monetization, positioning, and sustainable growth Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, digital culture, and emerging platforms Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support talent onboarding and campaign execution Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue, sales, and retention KPIsAttend industry events, talent meetings, and partner activations, including outside standard business hours when required Identify, recruit, and sign high-potential and established influencers aligned with Deluca Media Group’s vision and standards Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members including Junior Talent Agents and Coordinators What You’ll Need 3–5 years of experience in influencer talent management, talent representation, PR, or a related agency environment Proven experience managing brand partnerships and commercial negotiations (agency experience strongly preferred)An established network of influencers, creators, and/or brand-side partners Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics, and creator monetization strategies Experience identifying and developing emerging talent into commercially successful creators Comfort reviewing contracts and collaborating with legal teams to protect talent interests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities Willingness to communicate with talent and partners outside of regular office hours when needed
Nice to Have: PR agency or brand-side experience supporting creators, influencers, or celebrities Experience with live events, brand activations, or on-site talent support Strong awareness of influencer sponsorship landscapes and digital marketing trends Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 USDCommission: Performance-based, tied to talent signings, brand partnerships, and revenue generated This compensation structure rewards consistent performance and high-impact deal-making. Final base salary placement is determined through the interview process based on experience, skill alignment, and expected impact.
