Job Description We are seeking a Mechanic to service passenger vehicles, with responsibilities spanning vehicle inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs. The role may vary by workload between diagnostic work and routine maintenance, requiring careful troubleshooting, accurate documentation, and consistent adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Inspect passenger vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform engine diagnostics and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
Complete preventive maintenance and fluid services.
Repair brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
Replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
Document inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and completed services.
Maintain compliance with applicable safety procedures and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automotive diagnostics and diagnostic scan tools.
Knowledge of engine repair, brake systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
