About the role
Are you energized by turning data into decisions that shape products used by millions of customers? Our
Coverage A Product Design and Development team is hiring a Consultant or Assistant Director to help ensure our customers have the right coverage at every stage of their policy.
Coverage A (dwelling coverage) is central to how we protect our policyholders' homes. Our team owns Coverage A determination and experience across all channels and transaction types — spanning dwelling feature collection in the quoting application, third-party vendor Replacement Cost Estimate (RCE) calculations, and more!
In this role, you'll identify opportunities to improve the Coverage A determination experience through in-depth research and analysis, directly influencing our go-to-market design. This is high-visibility, high-impact work that meaningfully drives value for both our customers and our business.
Please note: **This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion.**
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Bring

Product and project management experience — with manager support, you've successfully managed projects from concept to implementation.

Strong communication skills — you clearly articulate insights and complex concepts, in verbal, written, and slide format, to executive-level audiences.
Self-motivation — you're highly organized, take initiative, and follow through proactively.
A collaborative approach — you contribute to a dynamic, inclusive culture within your team and across partner teams.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Develop subject-matter expertise in property and specialty Replacement Cost Estimate and Coverage A product features.

Serve as a resource for less-experienced analysts and mentor interns or rotational analysts as needed.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
