Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to define and scale AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own the agent development lifecycle from scope to production, and partner with customers to translate business goals into high-performing agents. You’ll advise executives, run collaborative sessions, and drive product improvements by surfacing needs from real-world deployments, enabling Sierra to redefine travel and hospitality experiences.
