This role combines hands-on ready-mix concrete expertise with people leadership, giving the successful candidate ownership of the QC function while serving as a trusted technical resource for customers, field teams, and internal operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned ready-mix Quality Control professional with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the confidence to independently solve complex quality challenges.
