About the role
Parts Outside Sales Representative | MD/PAAn established transportation and trailer organization is hiring a Parts Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined territory across Maryland and Pennsylvania. This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, build customer relationships, grow an existing book of business, and independently manage a territory. Compensation & Perks:$100K+ guaranteed Year 1 Uncapped commission beginning Year 2 Company vehicle + fuel card Laptop, cell phone + wireless hotspot Established book of business + territory growth opportunity Industry training provided Fully field-based + customer-facing 5 days/week Ideal Background:3+ years of territory/outside sales experience Proven success growing a territory and developing new business Transportation, trucking, trailer parts, or heavy equipment experience preferred Agricultural equipment or other large commercial equipment experience considered Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day management Strong sales discipline and customer service mindset Why This Opportunity?
