You’ll connect guests with services, products and experiences they’ll love, help build lasting relationships and play an important role in growing our beauty community. New to customer service or sales? That’s okay. We’re looking for positive, motivated people who are excited to learn. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN + DO Turn calls and inquiries into booked appointments Welcome guests and manage their experience from check-in to checkout Help guests reserve their next visit Introduce additional services that make sense for the guest Learn our beauty and retail products and make value-based recommendations Share memberships, gift cards, events and current promotions Follow up with new guest leads, inquiries, callbacks and wait-list guests Support the technical team in reaching rebooking and guest-retention goals Keep guest, retail and reception areas clean, stocked and ready Jump in to support beverages, laundry and the daily flow of the salon when needed Participate in team meetings and ongoing education YOU’LL SHINE IF … You love talking to people and making connections You enjoy sales and the satisfaction of reaching a goal You’re positive, proactive and comfortable taking initiative You’re organized and can manage several things happening at once You’re a good listener and can understand what someone really needs You enjoy solving problems and finding solutions You have high standards and care about the details You’re persistent without being pushy You’re comfortable with feedback and excited to keep learning You believe great results and great guest experiences can go hand in hand Connect.
