About the role
To oversee parts procurement operations in the Central Plains region, the full-time Regional Parts Procurement Specialist will coach Parts Managers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to procurement policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance performance and compliance with procurement policies
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing, availability, and service
Assist in the selection of preferred vendors and ensure accurate data management in procurement systems
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proficiency in procurement systems and data management tools
Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
